Rabin Uddin
Financial Controller
As Financial Controller at Fintex Capital, Rabin oversees the Group’s finance function, with a focus on strategic financial planning and budgeting, governance, corporate accounting, liquidity management and supporting commercial decision-making across the business.
Rabin is ACCA-qualified, holds a BSc in Mathematics and has over 12 years of finance experience, six of which have been spent specialising in investment management, private equity and private credit.
Most recently, Rabin was Finance Director at BCI Capital, a regulated credit fund, where she led finance through the firm’s FCA authorisation, played a key role in its ICARA and advised the Board on regulatory compliance and treasury. Before that, as Finance Manager at Round Hill Capital, a global real estate investment firm, she oversaw the European division and led transformation projects, including bringing subsidiary accounting in-house and implementing NetSuite.
